Do I need equipment for mobile PT?
No. Many sessions use bodyweight training. If you have equipment, I'll design programmes around it. I can also bring small kit like resistance bands or kettlebells.
What if my home or garden is small?
That's fine. I adapt sessions to suit any space. Even a small living room is enough.
What happens if it rains during outdoor training?
We either train under cover, adapt the session, or reschedule. Flexibility is built in.
