Get your workforce fitter

With the world becoming more digital it's fair to say people have generally become less active, and recent years have seen a huge increase in office based jobs that require little activity and promote poor physical posture.

Add to this, the increase in employees now working from home since Covid, the nation is now seeing unprecedented levels of obesity which in turn is leading to other health and mental conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, lower back pain and depression.

How does Corporate Personal Training Work?

My corporate personal training programs for businesses in Exeter and East Devon are designed to help your employees improve their overall health and well-being with the primary goal developing healthy habits and lifestyles, which will benefit both the individual and your business.

I provide fitness sessions in your own workplace, online, or people can visit a private gym in Sowton, Exeter where I'm located.

Every business and its needs are different but the underlying principle of my corporate training programmes is that the employer is provided with first hand feedback on how the employee is progressing through the programme.

If an employer has heath or fitness concerns for an employee they can be enrolled into a programme and I'll provide feedback on the progress we are achieving and suitable courses of action moving forward.

Programmes typically run for 12 weeks and you can have as many employees as you want taking part in the programme from 1 to 50!

The programme will contain personalised 1-to-1 weekly training sessions as well as other advice and guidance that might be suitable for the employee. This could be nutritional advice to help with weight loss or exercises that can be done at home to relieve lower back pain.

Call me today on 07767 241844 for a chat about your business's needs, and we can discuss putting together a bespoke package and arrange a visit.
